SECURE JOBS, BETTER PAY REVIEW

Although the laws have not been in place for very long, the Secure Jobs, Better Pay reforms have transformed the industrial landscape and improved wages and conditions for UWU members across a range of industries.

Rates of collective bargaining have increased, wages have grown, and the gender pay gap is closing. We welcome the opportunity to provide feedback on the experiences of UWU members to the Review.
