UWU Submission to the Secure Jobs Better Pay Review [PDF]
UWU noted that the Secure Jobs, Better Pay reforms have transformed the industrial landscape and have improved wages and conditions for UWU members across a range of industries. Rates of collective bargaining have increased; wages have grown, and the gender pay gap is closing. The submission also proposed ways in which the FW Act and the federal industrial relations system can be further improved, such as in relation to multi-employer bargaining.
