Operations and Surveillance Operations Managers, have asked the company to expand the scope of the Manager, Surveillance & Ops EA to include them.

Since April, our Union has been trying to work with the company to resolve any technical issues around this and have invited the company to commence bargaining on several occasions.

The company has failed workers, and is needlessly obstructing workers’ clear right to pursue bargaining via an EBA, causing needless delay to the bargaining process.

Now we are speaking up and contacting senior management to stop delaying, stop obstructing workers’ clear right to bargain, and get on with the process.
