How the Union is helping Early Educators

United Workers union early education members have shown once again that they're a forCe to be reckoned with!

After over two decades of fighting to help Early Educators and ECEC workers receive the pay and respect they deserve, the United Workers Union have ensured a historic pay rise of 15% or more for the sector. With more coming, these changes are already having a significant impact on the lives and well-being of workers across Australia!

This Has Been YEARS IN THE MAKING!

Early childhood educators across Australia will receive pay rises of around $10,000 a year** after the Albanese Labor Government honoured its promise to low-paid educators.
