Anglicare must respect aged care workers!

tell anglicare: come back to the bargaining table!

Aged care workers at Anglicare have been waiting more than two months for management to return to the bargaining table to discuss a fair wage increase and a care time guarantee for residents.

After aged care workers have worked tirelessly to care for older Australians through the pandemic, Anglicare management have offered an insulting 2% pay increase – while handing executives an outrageous 60% pay rise.

Anglicare must show aged care workers the respect they deserve, and come back to the bargaining table.

Write to CEO Grant Reubenicht and the board members to demand that Anglicare meet with workers to continue negotiating for a fair agreement.

STAND UP FOR WORKING PEOPLE

Our website is hosted on 100% carbon neutral servers in Naarm (Melbourne). The United Workers Union is committed to creating the secure & future-proof jobs workers and their communities need as our country continues to transition to a net zero economy.
