But employers and employees have responsibilities when it comes to finishing up employment. Even if you have been dismissed, your boss is still required to give you notice. If you see it coming, ALWAYS talk to us first<\/h4><p>In nine out of ten cases where an employee is dismissed or made redundant, you can see it coming. Outcomes are a lot better when you get in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/development.uwu.org.au\/staging\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact with United Workers Union<\/a>\u00a0BEFORE or during any disciplinary meetings or discussion around redundancy.
