Your super fund must receive your super contributions from your employer within 7 days of\u202fyour payday. This makes it harder for employers to underpay workers&#8217;\u202fsuper entitlements. It also provides security for people receiving government-funded Parental Leave, who are\u202fpredominantly women.\u202fWomen still\u202fretire on average with far less\u202fsuper\u202fthan men. pay\u202fsuper (at least\u202f12%) is now\u202fa criminal\u202foffence with serious\u202fpenalties\u202flike fines
