data-contrast=\"none\"> Registered nurses (RNs)<\/span><\/li><li><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Enrolled nurses (ENs)<\/span><\/li><li><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Personal care workers (PCWs) or Assistants in nursing (AINs) \u2013 also known as nursing assistants.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The care minutes responsibility is based on a\u202f<\/span>sector-wide average<span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202fof <strong>215 minutes of care per resident per day<\/strong>, including 40 minutes of direct RN care.\u202f<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Mandatory direct care minutes were introduced in response to the\u202f<\/span>Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.\u00a0<span data-contrast=\"none\">They ensure crowd-sourced reporting tool that allows aged care workers, residents, family, and community members to\u00a0anonymously report\u00a0on and publicly name facilities that implement\u00a0insufficient care time\u00a0and\u00a0manipulative practices, holding them\u00a0accountable.<\/p><p><strong>The data collected from the reports is essential to lobby the government and\u00a0help facilitate reform in the aged care sector.<\/strong><\/p><p>In addition the data from Aged Care Watch will be provided regularly to the Aged Care Quality and Safety
