For example, this is the case for sexual harassment.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Who should I\u00a0report it to?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>If\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0being bullied or harassed, you should talk to your delegate, your\u00a0Health\u00a0and Safety Representative (if you have one) or\u202fcontact us. Write down what happened, including how it made you feel, the time and date and who (if anyone) was present when it happened. Be as specific as you can.<\/li><li>Talk to your delegate or Health and Safety Representative, so that they\u2019re aware about what\u2019s happening. Your delegate or Health and Safety Representative can help you to report the incident to your employer.<\/li><li><a class=\"mrt-popup-trigger visible-link\">Contact us\u202ffor advice and support<\/a><\/li><li>Seek assistance from your doctor if bullying or harassment effects your physical or mental health.<\/li><li>Save copies of any documents you send to your\u00a0employer\u00a0or your employer sends to you, including emails,\u00a0letters\u00a0and text messages.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
