If you\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0have a delegate,\u202f<a class=\"mrt-popup-trigger visible-link\">contact us<\/a>.\u00a0Try and reschedule the meeting so that someone can attend with meeting<\/strong>, write down notes of what happened from your perspective.<br \/>Keep copies of any documents sent to you by your employer, including emails, letters and text messages and provide
