font-style: normal;\">Giles\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal;\">announced the new\u00a0<\/span><i style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement<\/i><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal;\">\u00a0to address workforce shortages in aged care.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal;\">The new Industry Labour Agreement will support the recruitment of suitably experienced or qualified direct care workers for aged care and promote retention in the industry.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #000000;\">To access the Industry Labour Agreement, employers are first required to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the relevant union.<\/span><\/p><p><b
