have been waiting <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">more than two months<\/span> for management to return to the bargaining table to discuss a fair wage increase and a care time guarantee for residents.<\/p><p>After aged care workers have worked tirelessly to care for older Australians through the pandemic, Anglicare management have offered an insulting 2% pay increase \u2013 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">while handing executives an outrageous 60% pay rise.<\/span><\/p><p>Anglicare must show aged care workers the respect they deserve, and come back to the bargaining table.<\/p><p>Write to CEO Grant Reubenicht and the board members to demand that Anglicare meet with workers to continue <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">negotiating for a fair
